Refund policy

We offer a 14-day return policy, meaning you can request an exchange or refund within 14 days of your shipment’s delivery date.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To initiate a return, please contact us at customerservice@sevensecrets.co. If your return is approved, we’ll send you a return shipping label and instructions on how to send the item back. Please note that items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged, or if you received the wrong product. We’ll assess the situation and work to resolve it as quickly as possible.
